General Exhibitor Information
The annual NCAA® Convention Trade Show will be held January 11 and 12, 2012, in conjunction with the NCAA Convention. The exhibit hall has limited booth space so we recommend you register early. Payment is due in full with space reservation.

- 7:30 - 9 a.m. - Breakfast on the show floor (tentative)

Hotel & Convention Information
The Indianapolis Convention Center is the designated home for the 2012 NCAA® Convention Trade Show. Hotel guest rooms are available at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown and the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown. The hotels are located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and near many area attractions.
Hotel reservations can be made once booth space is approved. Trade Show staff will provide instructions with approval notification. The deadline for securing reservations at the group rate is December 7th.

Registration Information
- What to expect in your booth
- Advance registration is required to guarantee space.
- Each booth package includes the following:
- 5 Name Badges
- NCAA Convention Attendee List*
- Exhibitor ID Sign
- Pipe and Drape Dividers
- Table
- Chair
- Wastebasket
- *List of attendee names and institutions will be available in PDF format after Convention.
How to Register
- You must register online at Planning Point
- Registration opens September 15. Payment will be expected upon registration.
- Spaces will be assigned to applicants according to a placement system, with first consideration given to past exhibitors and NCAA Corporate Champions, Partners and Licensees. Every effort will be made to create maximum traffic for all exhibitors. All booths must be staffed by at least one person for the duration of the show and remain open until the end of the show. Early dismantling of booth may result in your company being charged a $100 early break down fee. Failure to comply with payment requirements will delay the application process and space location assignment, which may prevent acceptance of the application.
NCAA Approval
The NCAA has final approval of all exhibitor applications and booth placement. Exhibit placement will begin September 15 and continue to be updated until the floor is full.Sponsorship Opportunities
